Jaundice, in Aajonus's framework, is not a disease unto itself, it is a visible sign that bile has migrated throughout the body's tissues and is performing a function that fat is supposed to perform. It is a systemic condition in which bile, a caustic, dangerous digestive substance produced by the liver to break down fats, has escaped its proper role in the digestive tract and flooded the tissues, skin, lymphatic system, and blood. When the skin takes on a yellow, orange, or sallow tone, that coloration is not a benign cosmetic issue. It is evidence that bile is working where fat should be working.
Aajonus's Definition
Jaundice, in Aajonus's framework, is not a disease unto itself, it is a visible sign that bile has migrated throughout the body's tissues and is performing a function that fat is supposed to perform. It is a systemic condition in which bile, a caustic, dangerous digestive substance produced by the liver to break down fats, has escaped its proper role in the digestive tract and flooded the tissues, skin, lymphatic system, and blood. When the skin takes on a yellow, orange, or sallow tone, that coloration is not a benign cosmetic issue. It is evidence that bile is working where fat should be working.
Aajonus stated explicitly and repeatedly: "Jaundice is a sign that bile is working where fat should be working. Bile is very caustic and dangerous."
He further clarified that bile is the body's emergency substitute for fat. When the body is chronically fat-deficient, meaning it has not had adequate raw fats over a prolonged period, the liver begins producing bile in excess. The body then conscripts that bile to bind with poisons throughout the tissues in place of fat, which is the proper medium for binding and neutralizing fat-soluble toxins. Bile can do this job to a degree, but it is a poor and damaging substitute because bile is inherently caustic. It irritates, burns, and degrades tissue wherever it accumulates.
He also distinguished jaundice from simple orange or yellow discoloration caused by eating carrots. He said directly that when people's skin turns orange from carrot juice, doctors and observers attribute it to carotene, but Aajonus insisted this interpretation is wrong. He stated: "It isn't the carotene at all. It's the bile that the carotene pulls out of the...", meaning that carrot juice, through its high vitamin A content, mobilizes and draws bile out of tissues, and what appears on the skin as orange coloration is not carotene being deposited but bile being expelled through the skin. He challenged conventional doctors to simply perform a skin test and they would find mostly bile in the skin, not carotene.
In iridology, Aajonus described jaundice as visible in the eyes: in severe cases of jaundice and hepatitis, the whites of the eyes turn yellow. He noted this as evidence of how deeply bile has penetrated systemic tissues, including into the lymphatic system.

Root Cause
Aajonus identified multiple interlocking root causes of jaundice, all of which operate within his larger framework of liver compromise and fat deficiency:
Primary Root Cause, Fat Deficiency and Liver Malfunction: The central mechanism is that when a person has been chronically deficient in raw fats, the body has no proper fat medium to bind with and neutralize accumulated toxins in the tissues. The liver compensates by overproducing bile, which then floods the system as a surrogate fat. This is the foundational cause Aajonus returned to repeatedly across workshops. He told one seminar attendee directly: "You have lots of jaundice. It means you've been fat deficient for so long, your body has used bile, which is to digest fat. You just use bile in place of fat to bind with your poisons."
Liver Contamination, Exhaustion, and Malfunction: Aajonus listed liver contamination, exhaustion, and malfunction as the usual origin of jaundice. The liver becomes overwhelmed and ceases to function properly. When this happens, bile production becomes dysregulated and bile escapes into systemic circulation.
Pasteurized Dairy: Pasteurized dairy is specifically named as a major driver of liver contamination that leads to jaundice. The heat-denatured proteins and lactate in pasteurized milk place enormous strain on the liver. Aajonus explained that the inability to digest cooked lactate, the milk sugar in pasteurized milk, results in undigested lactate collecting in the liver and kidneys, further impairing their function.
Medication and Chemicals: Most pharmaceutical medications and industrial chemicals are directly implicated as causes of liver contamination leading to jaundice. Aajonus wrote that jaundice "usually results from liver contamination, exhaustion and malfunction from pasteurized dairy, most medication and chemicals." He cited the specific case of furosemide (a pharmaceutical diuretic), which he documented as causing cholestatic jaundice and intrahepatic cholestatic jaundice as a known side effect, using the drug's own documentation to illustrate how pharmaceuticals directly damage the liver and cause jaundice.
Kidney Dysfunction: Aajonus also noted that "sometimes kidney dysfunction causes jaundice." His explanation was that when the blood is not being purified properly by the kidneys, bile begins to be deployed throughout the system to break down the toxic substances that the kidneys would otherwise filter. This leads to progressive bloating of tissues from bile accumulation. He stated: "When people have kidney damage, bile starts getting thrown out in the system. Because the blood's not being purified properly by the kidneys, so the bile starts going in to break down all these toxic substances. That's why people get jaundiced. So they keep bloating and bloating from it."
Pesticides, Herbicides, Food Additives, and Preservatives: These chemical substances contribute to liver toxicity and are cited as causes of the liver contamination that results in jaundice.
Grains, Including Rice, That Cannot Be Fully Digested: Aajonus wrote: "The same applies to carbohydrates in grains, such as rice, that cannot be completely digested or assimilated, and collect in the liver and kidneys." This collection of undigested grain carbohydrates in the liver contributes to its exhaustion and malfunction, ultimately producing jaundice.
Over-Alkaline Systemic State Combined with Acidic Digestive Tract: In iridology consultations documented in the early training transcripts, Aajonus identified a specific pattern in jaundiced individuals: the basic tissues and blood are too alkaline, while the digestive tract is very acidic. He described one type A person who was jaundiced, meaning he would normally be ruddy-complexioned, but instead appeared sallow and yellow. Aajonus explained that the over-alkaline systemic state was expressed in the jaundiced appearance. This created what he called a "complex problem" because he could not put the person on the raw meats needed to rebuild the blood without first addressing the acidic digestive tract.
Liver Shutdown and Chronic Bile Accumulation: In one case study from the workshops, Aajonus described a woman who had been on the Primal Diet for almost two years and was still deeply jaundiced. He explained that at some earlier point, "her liver shut down...and the body was producing bile in place of the fat to deal with the toxins throughout her body. So she is full of bile still." Even after two years on the diet, her system was described as "drenched with bile." This illustrates that in severe cases the underlying cause, past liver shutdown, can leave a residue of bile throughout the body that takes years to fully clear.

Why This Happens
Jaundice sits primarily at the intersection of three principles in Aajonus's framework:
Root Cause / Terrain Theory: Jaundice originates in chronic fat deficiency and liver poisoning from cooked foods, pasteurized dairy, pharmaceutical chemicals, and industrial toxins. These are terrain-level causes.
Cooked Food: Pasteurized dairy, cooked lactate, processed grains, and all heated foods are implicated. The inability of the body to properly process cooked and denatured food substances is a central driver of liver exhaustion.
Detoxification: Jaundice itself is described as the body's ongoing detoxification process using bile as a surrogate fat. The bile migrating through tissues and expelling through the skin is a form of detoxification, though a damaging and caustic one. Carrot juice accelerating the expulsion of bile is framed as facilitating detoxification. Vomiting of yellow, orange, and green bile is named as a detoxification event. The brown spots and orange skin that accompany bile discharge are framed as visible evidence of systemic detoxification.
How to Eat / Raw Food: The remedies are entirely food-based, centered on raw fats and raw carrot juice, with specific protocols for drawing bile out safely through the digestive tract rather than allowing it to continue exuding through the skin and tissues.
---
Symptoms Reframed
Yellow or Orange Skin: The conventional interpretation is that orange or yellow skin in someone drinking carrot juice is carotene staining. Aajonus rejected this entirely. He said the coloring is bile being expelled through the skin. He challenged doctors to skin-test these individuals, predicting they would find mostly bile, not carotene. He said that if conventional medicine would "get off their close-mindedness, all they'd have to do is skin test and find that it's mostly bile in their skin and not orange from the carotene."
Sallow, Non-Vital Appearance: When Aajonus examined people iridologically who appeared sallow, pallid, and jaundiced, he read this as evidence of blood that was faltering, an intestinal tract that was not digesting well, and a liver under extreme stress. He noted in one case: "I can see he's jaundiced. He's pallid and jaundiced", linking this to the need to strengthen the blood before addressing other aspects of the diet.
Yellowing of the Whites of the Eyes: In severe jaundice and hepatitis, the whites of the eyes turn yellow. Aajonus read this iridologically as the bile being so systemic that it has penetrated even into the ocular tissues. He noted this is also a sign that the lymphatic system is beginning to break down significantly.
Skin Sores and Poor Wound Healing: Aajonus directly connected jaundice and bile accumulation in the skin to poor healing and sores. He stated: "When you have that kind of jaundice, that kind of bile in the system, it creates all kinds of problems. You see the sores on his face? It's very frequent with people who have...who can't heal properly. Because the bile prevents proper healing." Bile sitting in the tissues actively degrades the healing environment.
Psoriasis-Like Skin Lesions: When bile is expelled too rapidly through the skin, Aajonus said it "can create lesions, it can create psoriasis." This is because bile is caustic, when it reaches the skin surface, it burns and damages tissue from inside out. This is not a separate disease; it is a symptom of bile overload being expelled through the skin.
Depression and Irritability: Aajonus linked the bile-saturated state directly to emotional and psychological symptoms. He noted that the bile configuration in tissues "usually means a lot of depression, and if it isn't already upon you, it could come." He recommended vitamin A specifically to help settle bile so it "doesn't irritate you, make you fatigued or irritable and unhappy." He also noted that meadowsweet (meadwise) would make someone with this much bile "irritable."
Fatigue: When bile is circulating throughout tissues rather than fat, the body is deprived of its proper energy substrate. The bile itself is irritating and produces fatigue. Aajonus recommended vitamin A specifically because it helps "settle down this bile, so it doesn't irritate you, make you fatigued."
Nausea and Vomiting: When bile mobilizes rapidly from tissues into the stomach, nausea and vomiting result. Aajonus described this from his own experience: "I'd vomit sometimes, and the bile would come up. Sometimes it would be yellow and orange and green." He framed this vomiting as preferable to allowing bile to continue debilitating the entire system through the tissues.
Brown Spots on Skin: As bile discharges from the system, it can leave behind brown spots. Aajonus described this as a phase of the elimination process: "You may even get brown spots as heavy amounts of, you know, as they discharge."
Over-Alkaline Blood/Tissues with Acidic Gut: The paradoxical combination of an over-alkaline systemic state with an acidic digestive tract is a signature of bile-saturated jaundice in Aajonus's iridological reading. He explained one case: "He is over alkaline, because he's jaundiced looking and yet he's the type A. Normally, he would be very ruddy-complexioned. So, his basic tissues and his blood are too alkaline right now, but his digestive tract is very acidic."

Food Protocol
The primary tool Aajonus used for pulling bile out of the tissues and through the digestive tract rather than through the skin is a mixture of carrot juice and cream. He described using this himself: "When I was getting rid of my bile, I was drinking half carrot and half cream. Cow's cream together. And it was heavy on the stomach, but it pulled the bile into my stomach instead of going out my tissues."
The mechanism he described: carrot juice causes bile to expel from the system. When combined with cream, it draws the bile into the stomach via the digestive pathway rather than allowing it to migrate outward through the skin and tissues. This is the critical safety function of the cream, it redirects the bile's exit route.
He described the bile coming up in vomit as "yellow and orange and green" and said: "It's better to come out that way than debilitate the whole system."
Graduated dosing for heavy bile loads: For people who are severely jaundiced, drenched with bile, Aajonus did not recommend starting with full-strength carrot juice. He explained a gradual protocol: "Sometimes I'll start off with 40% of the bile is tremendous in the system and cut it down to 20% and then 10% over time. The reason for that is bile is a very caustic substance. And if it comes to the skin, it can create lesions, it can create psoriasis." The carrot juice must be titrated carefully to prevent too much bile from being mobilized too rapidly and coming out through the skin in a destructive way.
Specific formula for one workshop participant with extreme bile and jaundice: Four ounces of carrot juice combined with three tablespoons of coconut cream and two tablespoons of dairy cream, taken six ounces total at a time.
For another participant (Josiah), the prescription was also six ounces total of the mixture.
Her case, two years on diet, still full of bile: Aajonus recommended she continue the carrot juice, still using it to draw out the remaining bile. He said: "When it's all out, then I would say no carrot juice." The protocol continues until all bile has been exuded from the system.
Formula combining tomato juice with carrot juice: In one workshop context, Aajonus recommended a juice formula containing 10% kale juice, 70% celery, and 20% parsley, with carrot juice as the vehicle for bile expulsion, and noted the addition of tomato provides high vitamin A to "help settle down this bile, so it doesn't irritate you, make you fatigued or irritable and unhappy."
Because jaundice results from fat deficiency, raw cream is a central food for multiple reasons: 1. It redirects bile into the stomach rather than skin 2. It provides the fat the body was starved of and which the bile was substituting 3. It does not depend on stomach acid, Aajonus noted: "Cream doesn't have that effect. Cream doesn't depend on the stomach acid. It depends on the liver. By the time that gets to the liver, it's already warm."
He also suggested using extra cream skimmed from quarts of raw milk and applying the skim milk as a bath to help draw bile out of the skin externally.
For individuals with extreme bile load and severe liver damage, Aajonus prescribed heavy raw milk consumption. He said: "He needs to drink milk. He needs to drink at least a quart and a half a day. You know, just milk, milk, milk, milk, milk. You have to treat him like a baby all over again."
He added: "No meat at all? Fish? Well, he can have some fish, probably two days a week only."
Raw cheese is recommended for people with high bile. Cheese "acts like a sponge. Pulls the poisons out and passes it out into the feces." Cheese eaten with a little honey improves digestion; the honey-cheese combination in the mouth together facilitates proper digestion of the cheese.
Eggs are recommended for people with jaundice and bile-saturated systems. For someone with severe liver damage approaching hepatitis, Aajonus made a specific recommendation he said he had never made for anyone before: "Two days a week, eat two egg whites without the yolk. You can have the yolk with some meat, red meat, another time. And then have the egg white, two egg whites when you're having milk and a couple of eggs at another time. That concentrated protein in that form will help build some mucus around the liver to help protect that liver."
In cases where jaundice is accompanied by pallid, failing blood quality and an intestinal tract that cannot digest well, Aajonus recommended concentrating on red meat "about 50% for a while until the liver is rebuilt." He noted that a high blood supply going into the liver indicates the liver is needing a large supply of nutrients.
For individuals whose intestinal tracts are too damaged to handle much meat immediately (as in cases with severe acidic intestinal damage), he described the dilemma: "I want to put him on fish right away. But I can't." He said such a person "is going to come down with some nasty flus" and "some bad problems" because the blood must be strengthened before the intestinal environment can be properly rebuilt.
For those with extreme bile and difficulty with heavier red meats, fish "two days a week only" is suggested as a more manageable protein source. Lamb is described as "a lighter red meat" that "isn't as acidic as beef" and is recommended as an intermediate option.
High vitamin A is specifically recommended to settle bile and prevent it from causing fatigue, irritability, and depression as it mobilizes. Sunshine (for vitamin D) is also recommended alongside vitamin A foods: "You need some sunshine, you need a lot of sunshine. Vitamin D will help remove the bile, too."
Aajonus recommended dark berries as beneficial for people with the bile-saturated, jaundiced condition.
Small amounts of these are recommended alongside the other foods for someone in this condition.
Honey and butter in combination are recommended as liver support. Aajonus described the honey-butter combination as a tool specifically for liver pain, noting: "If honey/butter works, it is your liver." He recommended eating them together, roughly 1:2 ratio honey to butter, every 30–60 minutes during liver pain episodes.
For rebuilding the overall system while the bile is clearing, Aajonus recommended approximately "a pound and a quarter of meat a day and work up to about a pound and a half in about two years, two and a half years."
For someone with heavy bile, Aajonus suggested "leave a little bit more butter than cream, probably two-thirds" butter over cream in the fat balance.

What to Avoid
- iRaw Milk Temporarily:
Aajonus recommended avoiding raw milk for 3 to 7 days at the onset of jaundice while the liver gets cleansed and alkalized. He wrote: "Avoid drinking raw milk for 3–7 days while the liver gets cleansed and alkalized." This is a temporary restriction only, raw milk is later a central part of the recovery protocol.
- iiPasteurized Dairy, Permanently:
The instruction is absolute: "Avoid drinking any milk that has been heated above 100° Fahrenheit for the rest of your life." Pasteurized dairy is a direct cause of the liver contamination that produces jaundice. It must never be reintroduced.
- iiiAll Medication and Chemicals:
Aajonus wrote: "Avoid medication, chemicals, including foods grown with pesticides and herbicides, food treated with additives and preservatives." These are direct liver toxins.
- ivMeadowsweet (Meadwise):
In one workshop, Aajonus specifically said that meadwise "doesn't look, because of all this bile, it's just going to make him irritable." He removed it from the protocol for a heavily jaundiced individual.
- vCarrot Juice Without Cream:
Aajonus never recommended carrot juice alone for jaundiced individuals. Carrot juice without cream causes bile to mobilize and come out through the skin, which is caustic and damaging. The cream must accompany the carrot juice to redirect bile into the stomach and through the digestive tract.
- viGrain Carbohydrates:
Grains including rice and other carbohydrates that cannot be fully digested collect in the liver and kidneys, worsening the underlying liver exhaustion that causes jaundice.
- viiFasting:
Aajonus told one heavily jaundiced attendee: "You've got a pretty toxic liver, then, if you are this jaundiced." When asked about fasting, he actively discouraged it. He noted that fasting makes jaundice symptoms appear to resolve (the yellow complexion goes away when fasting) only because "the liver doesn't have to digest anything. Doesn't have a lot of fats to digest and anything else." This is not healing, it is simply removing the burden temporarily. Aajonus preferred supporting the liver with raw fats rather than fasting.

Recovery Timeline
Six to Nine Months on the Primal Diet: Aajonus stated as a general guideline: "It usually takes, if you're on a good diet like this diet, it usually takes six to nine months for they dissolve and go away. If you're not on a raw diet, they stay forever, your whole life."
Severe Cases, Up to One and a Half Years: "The worst spot that I saw came out on a Hawaiian, and that stayed for a year and a half." In that case, the bile discharge manifested as a persistent brown spot on the skin that took 18 months to fully clear.
Two Years Still in Progress: One woman at a workshop had been on the Primal Diet for "almost two years" and was still described as "full of bile" with her system "drenched with bile." Aajonus said she was still on the carrot-juice protocol and would remain on it until the bile was fully exuded. He said her liver "could be working very well right now", meaning the liver itself may have recovered even while the residual bile in the tissues continues to clear.
Two and a Half Years for Full Meat Rebuilding: Aajonus suggested someone with this condition would "work up to about a pound and a half [of meat a day] in about two years, two and a half years", indicating the full systemic rebuilding process takes this length of time.
Orange to Brown Transition: The bile discharge follows a visible color progression. Aajonus described his girlfriend: "She came out bright orange, then turned brown, and then was gone." This sequence, orange first, then browning, then resolution, appears to be a typical pattern of visible bile discharge through the skin.
Brown Spots as the Final Phase: As the bile finishes clearing, it may leave behind brown spots, a visible marker that the tissue bile is finally exiting. These are the final manifestation before the condition fully resolves.
If Not on a Raw Diet: "If you're not on a raw diet, they stay forever, your whole life." Without the raw foods that enable proper liver function and bile extraction, jaundice in this form is a permanent condition.

Questions Aajonus Answered
- Case: Heavily Jaundiced Workshop Attendee, Female, Two Years on Diet
A woman at one of Aajonus's workshops was visibly and severely jaundiced after almost two years on the Primal Diet. Aajonus described her situation for the audience:
"Her liver shut down at one time and the body was producing bile in place of the fat to deal with the toxins throughout her body. So she is full of bile and still...she is somebody that I would tell to drink carrot juice...sometimes I'll start off with 40% of the bile is tremendous in the system and cut it down to 20% and then 10% over time."
He explained the reason for this graduated approach: "Bile is a very caustic substance. And if it comes to the skin, it can create lesions, it can create psoriasis." He said her liver might actually be working well at this point, but the systemic bile residue would remain until fully exuded. He confirmed carrot juice should continue until all bile is gone, then be stopped.
When audience members asked why her skin appeared orange rather than yellow, he used this as a teaching moment to clarify that the orange color in people who drink carrot juice is bile being expelled through the skin, not carotene accumulation.
- Case: Jaundiced Male Workshop Attendee, Benjamin
Aajonus described Benjamin at a workshop as having "tremendous amounts of bile in his system." He noted the visible sores on Benjamin's face and connected them directly to the bile: "When you have that kind of jaundice, that kind of bile in the system, it creates all kinds of problems. You see the sores on his face? It's very frequent with people who have...who can't heal properly. Because the bile prevents proper healing."
Aajonus's protocol for Benjamin included: a carrot juice mixture with dairy and coconut cream, raw cheese twice daily with a little honey, eggs as desired, heavy milk consumption (at least a quart and a half per day), fish two days a week only, and no red meat for now. He specifically excluded meadwise because "because of all this bile, it's just going to make him irritable." He stated plainly: "You have to treat him like a baby all over again."
He also noted that Benjamin showed "some kind of antibiotic in his intestinal tract" based on color and texture in the iridological reading, indicating layered pharmaceutical damage to the liver.
- Case: Iridology Reading, Vegetarian with Jaundice
In an early training session, Aajonus examined a man iridologically who had been a vegetarian and had done "all kinds of cleansing diets." His tissues throughout most of the body were "light and clean," but the entire digestive system, stomach, small intestines, and colon, was brown (indicating severe acidity). He had blue eyes. His liver, however, showed no brown area and no lesions. Yet he was jaundiced.
Aajonus's analysis: "He is over alkaline, because he's jaundiced looking and yet he's the type A. Normally, he would be very ruddy-complexioned. So, his basic tissues and his blood are too alkaline right now, but his digestive tract is very acidic."
Aajonus wanted to put him on fish immediately to begin rebuilding the blood. However, he said he "can't" because the intestinal damage was so severe that fish would not be properly processed and the blood would falter. He predicted: "He is going to come down with some nasty flus. He is going to come down with some bad problems."
This case illustrates the complexity of treating jaundice when there is both a bile-saturated, over-alkaline systemic state and a severely compromised, acidic digestive tract, a combination that limits the available dietary interventions.
- Case: Woman with Fibroids, Jaundice from Kidney/Bladder Obstruction
Aajonus described a woman who had fibroids so massive they made her appear four months pregnant. The fibroids eventually "choked off her valves going from the kidney to the bladder." The result: "All of a sudden she was having toxic blood. She was getting jaundice, nauseous." She had to be hospitalized and had tubes placed from her kidney to her bladder to restore drainage.
This case illustrates the pathway Aajonus described in which kidney dysfunction causes jaundice: when the kidney cannot filter the blood, bile floods the system to handle the toxins, producing jaundice as a visible consequence.
- Case: Aajonus's Own Bile Clearing Experience
Aajonus spoke of his own jaundice and bile-clearing process in workshop discussions. He used the half-carrot-juice / half-cream formula on himself: "When I was getting rid of my bile, I was drinking half carrot and half cream. Cow's cream together. And it was heavy on the stomach, but it pulled the bile into my stomach instead of going out my tissues."
He described vomiting bile that came up "yellow and orange and green" and said this was preferable to having it "debilitate the whole system. You've got it everywhere." He also noted: "I rarely see people with that much jaundice to their skin," implying his own case was severe.
- Iridology Training, Hepatitis Relationship
In an early training session, Aajonus examined a jaundiced attendee and told him directly: "You've got a pretty toxic liver if you are this jaundiced." He asked: "Have you ever had hepatitis?" When the person said no, Aajonus said: "Have you been on the diet? Just put the emphasis on...", indicating that the foundation of the liver detox protocol would be the diet itself, focused on raw fats and supportive foods.
He later told another jaundiced person at the same session: "I'm going to suggest that you have live..." (the transcript cuts off, but in context he was prescribing a liver-supporting protocol). He noted that the person's symptoms matched having "three types of hepatitis" but stated: "It doesn't matter whether it's hepatitis or not, it's just severe liver damage."
- Q&A: Person with Yellow Complexion for Years, Fasting Observation
One attendee noted that they had "the yellow complexion and the darkness. It's been that way for years, except when I fast. When I fast it goes away."
Aajonus's response: "Because your liver doesn't have to digest anything. Doesn't have a lot of fats to digest and anything else." He pointed out a lesion at approximately the 2:50 position in the iris and confirmed the liver was involved. He did not frame the disappearance of jaundice during fasting as a positive sign of healing, it simply reflects the temporary absence of digestive demand, which does not actually resolve the underlying bile saturation in the tissues.
- Q&A: Bile in Iris, Free-Radical Bile
In a written Q&A, someone asked Aajonus about their particular virulence to certain bacterial exposures. Aajonus responded by looking at their iris photos and stated: "I see that the bile throughout your system is not bound with as many solidifying compounds as with most people. Free-radical bile is very caustic. The bacteria and their verotoxins instantly dissolve and release the bile, making it a free-radical substance. Those poisons must immediately dump into the stomach or bowels causing vomit and/or diarrhea. Don't worry, be happy!!! The more you do it, the quicker you will release the bile from the tissues."
This illustrates that for some individuals, the bile accumulated in tissues is in a particularly reactive, unbound state, making them more sensitive to exposures that mobilize it, but also making the elimination faster in each episode.
- Q&A: Nausea as Bile Detoxification
One Q&A exchange addressed nausea during flu-type detoxification. Aajonus responded: "Indicates that the poisons being detoxified are caustic and dangerous, usually consisting of caustic bile. When toxic bile is removed, the body is much freer to heal and become more energetic. Vomiting is the quickest and best way to eliminate dangerous poisons. Next is diarrhea."
This frames bile vomiting not as a crisis but as a deeply desirable event in the context of jaundice resolution.
