Fatigue, in Aajonus's framework, is not a single disease or diagnosis but a spectrum of conditions ranging from ordinary end-of-day weariness to complete systemic collapse. He draws a sharp and important distinction between different degrees and types of fatigue, and insists that these distinctions must be made correctly in order to address the condition properly.
Aajonus's Definition
Fatigue, in Aajonus's framework, is not a single disease or diagnosis but a spectrum of conditions ranging from ordinary end-of-day weariness to complete systemic collapse. He draws a sharp and important distinction between different degrees and types of fatigue, and insists that these distinctions must be made correctly in order to address the condition properly.
Normal fatigue is defined as the ordinary feeling of physical, emotional, and mental weariness at the end of a day. This is considered a natural and acceptable experience, not a pathological state. However, if fatigue happens during the day, Aajonus attributes it frequently to self-criticism and low self-esteem, not exclusively to physical causes. He states that focusing on one's talents and accomplishments develops and continues them, and that writing, whether poetry, music, or prose, helps restore self-esteem and therefore energy.
Adrenal fatigue (what alternative practitioners call it) is distinguished sharply from what Aajonus calls true adrenal exhaustion. He is explicit and emphatic on this point: if you can get out of a chair, get out of bed, or move under your own power, you do not have true adrenal fatigue or adrenal exhaustion. True adrenal exhaustion means you cannot get out of bed, you cannot get out of a chair, you cannot move. Your mind still works, but your body will not respond. This is the only condition in his entire framework for which he ever recommends salt, and even that recommendation he later revises in favor of whey.
Chronic fatigue is defined as an extended, systemic state of exhaustion that is typically the result of deep toxicity, glandular dysfunction, lymphatic congestion, or some combination of these. He does not accept it as a mysterious or autoimmune condition. He has seen it resolve repeatedly on the Primal Diet, though it may take years.
Adrenal fatigue as a general complaint, meaning the tiredness that most alternative practitioners diagnose, Aajonus regards with skepticism, saying: "A lot of new age, alternative doctors will say, oh you've got adrenal fatigue. Talk to a doctor about it. If you have adrenal fatigue, you're not going to get out of a chair. You're not going to get off the bed. You're not going to be able to move."
He also identifies morning fatigue as a specific and very correctable problem: waking up tired after a full night of sleep is almost always, in his view, caused by anemia resulting from red blood cells consuming each other during a sleep period longer than five hours without protein intake.
Brain fatigue, losing words, losing trains of thought, is defined separately from body fatigue and attributed to the brain running low on glycogen (fuel). He treats it immediately by sucking a raw egg.
He also identifies fatigue from stickiness in the blood and body fluids, caused by advanced glycation end products (AGEs), particularly from high-carbohydrate foods, as a distinct mechanism. When body fluids become sticky and thick, the blood cells moving through them are like people moving through quicksand, and energy depletes rapidly.
---
Root Cause
Aajonus identifies multiple distinct root causes of fatigue, and in most cases of chronic or severe fatigue, several of these are operating simultaneously.
This is identified as the primary root cause of chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. Aajonus states: "The people I know who have the most chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, have a congested lymphatic system. I've seen it in every case." The lymphatic system is the immune system in his framework. A congested lymphatic system means the body cannot properly clear toxins, and those toxins accumulate throughout the tissues, causing pervasive, unrelenting exhaustion.
In some cases of chronic fatigue, the lymph system is not completely congested, but the glandular (endocrine) system is damaged instead, typically by mercury from vaccines or other medications stored in the endocrine glands. He states he has seen this as a rare occasion.
In the most severe cases, lupus, for example, both the lymph system and the endocrine gland system are damaged simultaneously.
The adrenals produce adrenaline, which is a stimulant the body can use as a substitute fuel source when proper nutrition, digestion, and fat metabolism are not functioning well. People who are not eating properly, not digesting properly, and "not doing anything properly" begin to rely on adrenaline to function. Over time, the adrenal glands become depleted. When the adrenals can no longer produce adequate adrenaline, the person suddenly cannot function at all, not even at their previously diminished level, because the body was relying entirely on that hormone.
Aajonus identifies chronic fatigue as almost always involving adrenal exhaustion, and he links this specifically to personality type: "It is usually adrenal exhaustion. And it usually always goes along with type A, unless it's a person who was of another type, of type B or C, but used a tremendous amount of coffee or coca cola with caffeine, tremendous amount of caffeine."
Caffeine stimulates the adrenals until they break down. Coffee, cola, chocolate (theobromine), all of these drive adrenal output, and over time, drive the adrenals into exhaustion.
He also makes the important point that many people have perfectly functional adrenal glands but still experience fatigue, because all of the hormonal output from those glands is being consumed by the body to manage toxicity, to keep a more serious disease from erupting, rather than being available for energy production. As he explains: "I know a lot of people that have very good adrenal glands but yet have chronic fatigue. Why? Because they've got toxins in the body. They're using all that adrenaline to deal with that toxicity to keep them from having a more serious disease. So, they don't get to utilize their hormones for energy."
This is the cause of morning fatigue specifically. Aajonus explains that the bloodstream loses its protein over approximately five hours. When the brain and body run out of protein from digestion, the red blood cells become cannibalistic and begin eating each other. If a person sleeps for eight to ten hours without eating, they have consumed two to four tablespoons of their own red blood cells by morning. They wake up anemic. This is why so many people feel worse after a long sleep than after a short one, and why they feel like they have been "run over by a truck." He states: "You wake up anemic. Is that caffeine or theobromine from chocolate an answer to anemia? No. Eating protein is."
Mercury, jet fuel byproducts, and other industrial pollutants are specifically named. Mercury constantly irritates cells and emits gases that destroy surrounding tissue. Unless sufficient fat is present to bind with those toxins, the damage is continuous. Aajonus explains: "Say you have mercury in the system. Mercury constantly irritates and sets out gases, which destroys surrounding tissue. So as long as the mercury is in your body, it's going to create damage, unless you are very fat."
Environmental pollution from living near industry or under an airport is specifically identified as a cause of chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. People with this background "come out of it when they get on the diet. It may take a few years, but they do."
In at least one case described in the seminars, a person's fatigue was attributed specifically to bile being distributed throughout all of the tissues. Aajonus states: "The bile is still all over in your system... That's why you still have fatigue. It's just all throughout your tissues." This bile infiltration affects bones, lymph, and other structures, and can cause arthritis-like soreness as it moves through.
In several individual consultations, Aajonus links ongoing fatigue to the thyroid not functioning well. He states directly: "The thyroid still isn't [functioning well]. It's stabilizing, but it's just not functioning well. So there's probably, you still have fatigue because of that."
High carbohydrate consumption, particularly from cooked starches, root vegetables, and fruit juices, creates advanced glycation end products (AGEs) that make the blood, lymph, brain fluid, and nervous system fluid sticky. When the blood becomes thick and sticky like quicksand, red blood cells cannot move through it efficiently. Nutrient and oxygen delivery collapses. Fatigue results. He explains: "Fatigue can happen because it happens in the blood. The blood cells get very sticky. The whole fluid that they're traveling in is sticky. So it's like you trying to go through quicksand."
He also explains that when pyruvate (the sugar made from protein) is used instead of glucose, the byproduct of advanced glycation end product is only 7-8% instead of 70-90%, making meat a vastly cleaner fuel source for the body. Eating three pounds of meat a day would never create enough pyruvate to cause stickiness.
Aajonus identifies EMF exposure, particularly from cars, airplanes, and MRI machines, as a cause of fatigue. He writes: "It creates substantial hyper-activity or fatigue, or hyperactivity followed by fatigue. Some people experience soreness in their legs, especially the leg operating the gas pedal where EMF is highest." Pilots exposed to EMF of 100-200 milligauss cannot fly more than a limited amount without "considerable brain fog and fatigue." He notes that flight attendants and pilots suffer the same kind of fatigue, neck aches, headaches, and swollen feet and legs, attributable to jet fuel fume accumulation in the aircraft's air compartments and to EMF.
Those who fly frequently are exposed to heavy jet fuel fumes and byproducts that stick to all surfaces of the aircraft's compartments. Aajonus describes having personally investigated this: "They went in there onto all the planes and took swabs off of all areas of the compartments, air compartments, and found heavy, heavy jet fuel, fumes, byproducts... thick. For each flight, there's a major amount of it that sticks to everything." This results in fatigue, neck aches, headaches, and swollen feet and legs. When he wore a mask, the symptoms disappeared.
Eating too many mold-fermented foods simultaneously causes the body to undergo heavy decomposition of internal toxicity, and all the body's energy and nutrients get directed toward handling that mold activity, leaving none for daily function. He is explicit: "If you've got a lot of molds in your body, breaking down toxicity in your system, all of your energy and nutrients are going to handle that, and you're not going to have any energy to do things." Mixing too many mold foods in one week, having moldy cheese, rotten fish, and moldy grains all in the same week, leads to fatigue. His rule is one mold per week only.
In one consultation, Aajonus observes that a person's fatigue is caused by water retention throughout the body without electrolytes to make that water functional. He states: "It looks like everything is going into fatigue because there's all this water and no electrolytes." The person feels dehydrated despite being waterlogged, because the water is not organized and active at the cellular level.
For at least one young person (age 16), Aajonus identifies vaccine damage as the root cause of complete glandular exhaustion. He observes: "All of your glands are completely fatigued... your testes, your adrenal glands, the left is completely exhausted on the right it's ok but that's not enough to run a young man like you." He asks whether the person received heavy vaccines around ages 9 or 10.
Eating cooked food creates heterocyclic amines, lipid peroxides, and acrylamides, toxins that force the pancreas to continuously produce enzymes and hormones to manage the damage. This is described as "spending your bank account," which makes you "in the long run, more tired." The pancreas is constantly working, and the systemic burden of managing these toxins depletes overall energy reserves.
---
Why This Happens
Fatigue in Aajonus's framework spans several causal principles:
Root Cause / Terrain Theory: The foundational explanation of fatigue, toxic accumulation, nutrient deficiency, glandular exhaustion, belongs here. The body does not have clean materials to work with, and the terrain is compromised.
Cooked Food: Cooked food toxins (acrylamides, heterocyclic amines, lipid peroxides) overwork the pancreas, create stickiness in body fluids, and deposit toxins in tissues and glands, all of which generate fatigue. The absence of live enzymes means the body must divert its own enzyme reserves, deepening the depletion.
Detoxification: Much of what presents as fatigue IS detoxification in Aajonus's framework. The nervous system detoxifies at night, pulling people out of sleep between 1 and 2 AM. Bile distributing through tissues causes fatigue as a byproduct of a cleansing process. The chronic fatigue of people rebuilding on the diet is often the fatigue of detoxification.
Raw Food: The raw food framework is the solution, raw fat to bind toxins, raw protein to rebuild red blood cells and prevent cannibalism, raw glandular meats to rebuild exhausted glands.
How to Eat: Specific eating protocols, eating every hour during high-demand periods, eating during the night to prevent anemia, the exact sequence of foods throughout a day, are the most immediate practical tools for managing fatigue.
How to Live: Sleep patterns, creative activity, avoidance of EMF, avoidance of salt, rest and activity cycles, these belong to the living framework.

Food Protocol
Aajonus describes a specific protocol he personally used to sustain himself for three weeks on approximately one and a half hours of sleep per night with no mental fatigue:
- Every hour, on the hour, eat a small amount, never enough to fully satiate, just enough to keep energy going.
- Hour 1: One raw egg.
- Hour 2: One to two golf-ball-sized portions of raw meat, with one teaspoon to one tablespoon of butter or cream.
- Hour 3: Half a cup of raw milk (not a whole cup, a whole cup would relax him enough to want to sleep; half a cup satisfies without causing lethargy).
- Repeat this cycle continuously.
- No fruit during this period. Only a little honey.
- This was maintained for three weeks. He did not lose one pound during that period.
The fundamental rule: Do not go more than five hours without eating, even during sleep.
If a person is not a hyperactive individual: - Set an alarm after five hours of sleep. - Upon waking: eat egg, half a cup of milk, half a milkshake, a small piece of meat (two ounces), or a combination. - Go back to sleep. - Wake after another three hours. - Total: eight hours of sleep with a protein break in the middle. This produces energy upon waking and prevents morning anemia.
Specific bedtime formula mentioned: three ounces of milk, two eggs, one tablespoon of honey, blend, drink half before sleep, half during the night.
If a person IS hyperactive (seven to nine or fourteen activity rings in the eyes): - Do not wake after five hours, this will give too much energy and make returning to sleep impossible. - Instead, set alarm for three hours. - Wake, eat, go back to sleep for five hours. - Total: eight hours of sleep, divided 3+5. Wake energized.
Fat is the most important thing. Aajonus states this repeatedly and emphatically: "Fat is the most important thing for anybody who's fatigued, anybody who has a problem. You've got to control those poisons."
The reason: fat binds with toxins, including mercury and other heavy metals, as they vaporize and crystallize. Without sufficient fat, those toxins continuously damage surrounding tissue and consume energy. With adequate fat reserves, the toxins are captured and the tissue damage stops.
Gaining weight is part of recovery. In the case of the young woman with chronic fatigue from age 20 to 27, she went from her normal weight up to 160 pounds (at 5'5") on the diet. Her chronic fatigue did not break until she had maintained that excess fat for four months. After a total of nine months at that weight, she made phenomenal progress. He states: "I still suggest that people go up and down."
Lubrication Formula: For chronic fatigue combined with dehydration or water retention without electrolytes, Aajonus recommends the Lubrication Formula twice a day, once in the morning (not first thing; after juice and meat) and once in the evening.
For chronic fatigue from heavy metals: - Juice: 60% celery, 15% parsley, 15% cilantro, rest summer squash. - Cilantro pulls out heavy metals. - Always accompany juice with raw fat: butter, coconut cream, or cream, no more than two tablespoons per eight-ounce serving of juice. - If using coconut cream refrigerated (it becomes hard like butter), have it before drinking the juice.
Eating sequence with juice: juice first, then meat, then lubrication formula. Repeat: juice, meat. Berries may be used.
Meat meals: Three meat meals a day, approximately five ounces each (just under a pound total), to stabilize protein and prevent the wasting that accompanies severe fatigue states.
For chronic fatigue in a young person (16-year-old with complete glandular exhaustion): - About 70% red meat to rebuild the liver and glands quickly. - Possibly remain on this ratio for two years, then shift. - After that: 60% red meat for approximately six more years (total eight years of red-meat-dominant eating). - Lots of eggs. - Milkshakes (raw eggs with milk, with or without fruit). - Note: banana must pass through the liver once it is in conversion, this is relevant to choosing fruit additions.
Glandular meats are specifically recommended to rebuild exhausted glands, since they provide the exact materials the body needs to reconstruct those same glands. Aajonus states: "If we have access to organs regularly, then is the single best next thing? It's any of the meats." Organ meats are typically white meat (chicken, turkey organs), while muscular meats like liver, spleen, and pancreas are typically red.
For adrenal exhaustion, the lubrication formula approach: - Celery, tomatoes, watermelon (not the heart, too much sugar), celery juice, avocados: high in sodium and disperse evenly through the body. - These foods provide electrolytes in a balanced, natural form.
For adrenal exhaustion, whey (revised from salt recommendation): - Aajonus states that whey (the liquid from making cheese) provides the electrolytes necessary to get the body moving again without the cellular damage caused by salt. - He recommends whey as the preferred alternative to salt for true adrenal exhaustion: "You drink that, it'll start providing the electrolytes to get your body moving again without the salt."
For adrenal energy drop at the same time every day: - Eat the Nut Formula, or less preferably a cooked starch (French, sourdough, or Italian bread) with raw fat, 15 minutes before the expected energy drop. - This usually allows for normal energy levels.
High-meat for chronic fatigue with depression (specifically in the case of the woman who had chronic fatigue from age 20 to 27, with cancer of the hip and right breast): After two and a half years on the diet, when depression accompanied the improved energy, Aajonus persuaded her to try high meat. He credits this with finally breaking through the last layer of emotional and physical stagnation.
Blood and milk (50/50): Aajonus describes this as an extraordinary energy food: "Like when I butcher an animal, I will put them to sleep by spinning them, and then cut their jugular, drain the blood, and then mix milk with it. 50% milk, 50% blood. The amount of energy. I could go three days without sleeping." He distinguishes this from drug stimulation: "A drug would stimulate an adrenal... But it doesn't do that. Right, blood wouldn't do that." He describes it as tasting like ice cream.
For brain fatigue specifically: - Suck a raw egg immediately. This restores brain function fastest. - Milk also works but more slowly. - He personally goes through approximately five eggs during a full day of lecturing.
Drink for immediate fatigue relief: - Half a cup raw fresh juice mixed with half a cup unheated honey, described as bringing "immediate relief."
Vegetable juice recommendations (from the book): the Drink for Moisturizing and Lubrication, for quick body lubrication when fatigue is caused by cellular dryness or insufficient raw fat.

Recovery Timeline
- She began the Primal Diet.
- At year one and nine months (one year and approximately nine months), she broke the chronic fatigue. She still had irritability and depression.
- During the process, she gained weight up to 160 pounds at 5'5", a healthy, robust figure.
- She maintained that excess weight for nine months. The progress during that nine months was described as "phenomenal."
- The more energy she gained, the more depression she experienced, because as energy returned, the inertia of years of limitation met the frustration of not knowing what to do with it.
- After two and a half years, Aajonus persuaded her to try high meat.
- This case also involved cancer of the hip and right breast.
- After two years on the diet, progress began but had not broken.
- She was 5'5" and went up to 160 pounds.
- At four months at that weight, her chronic fatigue broke.
- She spent a total of nine months at the excess weight.
- "The progress in that nine months with that excess fat was phenomenal."

Questions Aajonus Answered
- Q: My eggs with milk make me tired. Can you address that?
Aajonus: "Because especially if you're not eating milk that's been out and ripe and warm and full of bacteria, if you go mixing cold milk with an egg, it's going to interfere with digestion, so your body's going to want to go to sleep just like a baby and use all of its energy for digestion. And a lot of people are going to be affected with lethargy every time you have milk. Just like a baby, it's healing, it's soothing to the body. A baby grows. That's all it does is eat and grow. Eat and sleep and grow. And it does most of its growing in its sleep state."
---
- Q: Does eating the milk-egg combination make you more tired? Does that indicate anything?
Aajonus: "That indicates that your nervous system needs it badly and you're going into a heavy chemical detoxification and you need to sleep and let it happen. And if you can't be sleepy at that time, don't eat that combination at that time."
---
- Q: What about chronic fatigue? It's not even a category to me...
Interviewer: Chronic fatigue, which can be so many different things. To me it is not even a category. But you know the chronic fatigue/candida syndrome. Because a lot of those people that say they have chronic fatigue and some have been tested [for] candida... basically they are lethargic. Some people can't even work.
Aajonus: "Again, it's an over secretion of a gland. Which one? Or which ones? It is. They've over-secreted, worked them to death and they've exhausted them. So it's usually adrenal exhaustion. And it usually always goes along with type A, unless it's a person who was of another type, of type B or C, but used a tremendous amount of coffee or coca cola with caffeine, tremendous amount of caffeine."
Interviewer: Which affects the adrenals.
Aajonus: "Stimulates the adrenals until they break down."
---
- Q: So adrenal exhaustion. So basically then we want to nurture the adrenals?
Aajonus (implied from context): Yes. The approach for chronic fatigue and Epstein-Barr is the same as for candida, nurturing the body through, providing patient support, and recognizing that as toxins come out, they "screw up their thinking and brain, their whole emotional equilibrium." The practitioner must "nurture them through and you can't lose patience. If you lose patience, you lose them."
---
- Q: The same basic approach for people with chronic fatigue, Epstein-Barr, that don't have candida?
Aajonus: "Yes. Because the Epstein Barr is proliferating because of the adrenal exhaustion. The adrenal acidity, and also everything else. It's just that their bodies have formed it into a different chemical."
---
- Q: If I don't have energy until ten o'clock in the morning until noon?
Aajonus (to John Fox): "Are you eating during the night, or are you going five hours without eating? ... Well, five hours. The bloodstream loses its protein. Red blood cells eat each other, causes fatigue. Wake up tonight. Let's see what happens in the morning."
(John set his alarm, ate during the night, and the next morning had energy from the time he woke up.)
---
- Q (correspondence): Aajonus, I have not felt good the entire time I have been eating a Primal raw diet. I believe this is from rapid detoxification. My intuition tells me that I may have permanently damaged my body by detoxing too fast... I cannot and have not exercised in SEVEN years. It is impossible to drag my body through physical exertion. The kind of fatigue I feel is not from lack of sleep. My body cannot perform and manage the daily activities of life...
Aajonus: "Much of your fatigue is caused by oral detoxification. I can take a look when I see you."
---
- Q: Is a lot of fatigue from adrenal gland exhaustion? What about people who have good adrenal glands but still have chronic fatigue?
Aajonus: "I know a lot of people that have very good adrenal glands but yet have chronic fatigue. Why? Because they've got toxins in the body. They're using all that adrenaline to deal with that toxicity to keep them from having a more serious disease. So, they don't get to utilize their hormones for energy. They have to use them for detoxification. That's a good preventative." The implication is that the body is making a wise trade, burning adrenal reserves to contain toxicity rather than letting it become cancer or something worse, but the cost is fatigue.
---
- Q: What do you do for brain fatigue, losing words?
Aajonus: "Sucking egg or a little bit of milk. That's just my brain low in glycogen. Not stupid. I'm just low on fuel. You know, expecting your brain to work is like expecting a car that's out of gas to run. Not going to work. So you beat yourself up about it. You feed the brain. Give yourself some food to feed it. Egg will do it the fastest, of course."
---
- Q (from iridology consultation): Are you suffering fatigue?
Client: "I have for the last five days. I say it's because of the flu and cold. I've been sleeping a lot. Normally, I'm energetic 18 hours a day."
Aajonus: "Yeah, because of the adrenal glands and the testosterone. But here, this is showing all this fluid retention. The lubrication formula that I just gave, I suggest you have that twice a day until this resolves because you're just not having enough fat. Your body is going through this cold, this detoxification to help clean you and strengthen you. It's not getting out the waste. It's just causing water retention."
---
- Q: You said that only a few cases of chronic fatigue have been just glandular?
Aajonus (from workshop): "A certain percentage of the fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue, also other glands are affected besides the lymphatic system. Occasionally, I've just seen a rare occasion in some chronic fatigue that the lymph system isn't completely congested, but the glandular system is affected by mercury from vaccines or some other medication that is stored in the endocrine gland system."
---
- Q (from iridology): You still have fatigue?
Client: "Yeah, I do." Aajonus: "So do you think [the thyroid is the cause]? The thyroid still isn't [functioning well]. It's stabilizing, but it's just not functioning well. So there's probably, you still have fatigue because of that."
---
- Q (16-year-old iridology): How long have you been fatigued like this?
Client: "A while. Years." Aajonus: "How many years? ... Since what age?" Client: "9 or 10." Aajonus: "Did he have some heavy vaccines at that [time]?" (addressing the parent) "All of your glands are completely fatigued. Your thyroid on the left side is working okay and on the right side is under. But everything is under. It's like you've got chronic fatigue. Your testes, your adrenal glands, the left is completely exhausted. On the right it's okay, but that's not enough to run a young man like you."
He prescribes: "I would say just to help the liver rebuild quicker he needs about 70% red meat and probably in about two years he could go more to white meat. But maybe six years red meat 60% after that. And lots of eggs. Lots of milkshakes."
---
- Q: When you have salt, doesn't that affect your fatigue?
Aajonus: "One grain of salt will destroy one million red blood cells. Salt is a no-no in any form unless it's in your bath or you have true adrenal fatigue. Not some guy who's an alternative therapist who says, oh, you've got adrenal fatigue. If you can't get out of your bed, if you can't get out of a chair and your mind still works, you've got adrenal fatigue and you've got some pain back there with the kidneys. You've got adrenal fatigue and adrenal problem. Otherwise, you don't need salt for anything at any time."
---
- Q: What about cilantro and fatigue?
Aajonus (from newsletter): "Consider that eating or drinking too much cilantro can cause our bodies to detoxify old storages of free-radical metallic minerals. The result of a too-aggressive metal-detoxification is irritability, fatigue, constant nausea, vomit, diarrhea, headaches, joint pain, and other symptoms. Therefore, I suggest that cilantro be eaten or drunk in very small quantities, no more than 2-3 tablespoons daily." Always consume raw fat when eating cilantro or drinking cilantro juice.
---
- Q: What about coconut cream, cilantro, juice for someone in chronic fatigue?
Aajonus: "I would recommend that you have juice, 60% celery, 15% parsley, 15% cilantro, and the rest summer squash. Cilantro is going to pull out the heavy metals. So you need a fat right along with your juices, because the juices will be refrigerated. You need to have the, if you're having butter or coconut cream or cream, whether you could have one or all three of them, but no more than two tablespoons with each juice, each eight ounces. If it's a coconut cream, when it's refrigerated, it's like butter, it's hard. So you have it before you drink the juice."
---
- Q: Is there a way to stay energetic while working intensely without sleeping?
Aajonus: "Anybody who wants energy and to keep going, what I do is I'll have one egg every hour or one to two golf ball sizes of meat with a little butter or cream and then a half a cup of milk the next hour. That way I never eat enough to satiate my system, just to satisfy it enough to keep my energy going. And I went three weeks with an hour and a half sleep a day without any mental fatigue by doing that. But I ate almost every hour, on the hour, a small amount. It was mainly protein and fat foods. No fruit."
