Alzheimer's
Nervous SystemAlzheimer'sAlso known as Alzheimer's Disease

Alzheimer's disease, in Aajonus's framework, is presenile dementia usually occurring in middle age and associated with sclerosis and nerve deterioration. The hardening occurs specifically in the nerves of the brain that delineate motor impulses, preventing proper association with motor commands. In advanced cases, the hardening extends to the ganglia, disrupting sensory as well as motor response patterns.

Aajonus's Definition

Alzheimer's disease, in Aajonus's framework, is presenile dementia usually occurring in middle age and associated with sclerosis and nerve deterioration. The hardening occurs specifically in the nerves of the brain that delineate motor impulses, preventing proper association with motor commands. In advanced cases, the hardening extends to the ganglia, disrupting sensory as well as motor response patterns.

Aajonus explains that at its most fundamental level, Alzheimer's is a disease of disrupted neurological transmission, specifically, the failure of the brain's fluid system to carry nutrients, signals, and transmissions from one point to another. He uses a precise and concrete analogy: drop liquid aluminum into a fish tank, and the fish hit the bottom and can no longer swim. That is what happens in the brain. The synapse fires, but the nutrients and transmissions don't make it anywhere. They just skid along the axon, the ganglia passages, and the neuron passages. The transmission of data is stopped or severely compromised. The thought fires but does not arrive.

The condition is therefore not primarily a problem of the brain failing to generate electrical impulses, it generates them. The problem is that those impulses cannot travel through the fluid medium of the neurological system because that medium has been corrupted. The zeta potential of the neuro-serum, the fluid's ability to keep nutrients suspended, has been destroyed.

Aajonus also describes Alzheimer's as the result, in many cases, of low blood protein levels over long periods of time, such as what occurs in vegetarianism or fruitarianism, or in someone who lacks enzyme-mutations for digesting and assimilating cooked or processed protein, or lacks enzyme-mutations for digesting and assimilating cooked or processed sugar. This leads to calcification along the nerves, which erodes nerve tissue.

He observes through iridology that in Alzheimer's patients, the entire iris will be clouded, a blurred fog covering the whole eye in very advanced cases. In Parkinson's, the fog is typically at the bottom of the iris. In Alzheimer's, the whole thing is clouded. Sometimes only one side, not both. This cloud represents inflammation and deterioration in the brain's functional regions as visible through the iris.

Root Cause

Root Cause

Aajonus identifies multiple interlocking root causes for Alzheimer's disease. These are not mutually exclusive, in many cases, more than one is present simultaneously. He treats them with equal seriousness.

Root Cause #1: Aluminum Accumulation and Destruction of Zeta Potential

The primary physical mechanism Aajonus attributes to Alzheimer's is the accumulation of aluminum in the brain and neurological fluid, and the subsequent destruction of zeta potential.

He explains that zeta potential is the ability of a fluid to keep nutrients suspended within it. When this is intact, nutrients travel through the blood serum, the neurological fluid, and the lymphatic system in suspension, carried along and delivered to cells and nerve tissue. When aluminum gets into those fluids, all the nutrients drop. He uses this analogy: it takes away the electron's ability to hold nutrients in suspension. Gravity takes over. Everything just drops.

When this happens in the neurological fluid specifically, and the synapse fires, instead of the signal rocketing through the ganglia, through the axons, to the rest of the brain, it fires, and then just sits there in the dendrites, in the veins and arteries between brain structures. The thought is generated but does not reach its destination.

He explicitly connects this to memory: if you completely lose a memory and cannot recall something at all and have lost it forever, that is usually a mercury problem, because mercury destroys the cells storing the memory. But if the thought or word is temporarily inaccessible and may return, that is usually aluminum, because aluminum prevents the signal from traveling through the fluid without destroying the cell itself.

He identifies specific sources of aluminum that introduce this problem: - Vaccines: He states that vaccines contain liquid aluminum as one of their primary five toxic ingredients, along with liquid mercury (thimerosal), formaldehyde, ether, and detergents. He says the least any vaccine contains is 42 toxins, with up to 63 altogether. - Canned food and beverages: The aluminum leaches into the food contents. - Aluminum cookware: Heat-transferred aluminum gets into cooked food. - Chemtrails: Atmospheric aluminum being sprayed aerially. - Deodorants containing aluminum: These are absorbed transdermally.

He specifically references his own experience, noting that as a child, vaccines with liquid aluminum stored in his memory center, producing tiny short-term memory that would be gone very quickly, the functional equivalent of what he describes as Alzheimer's-like memory disruption.

Root Cause #2: Low Blood Protein / Protein Malassimilation

The second distinct root cause Aajonus identifies is low blood protein levels sustained over long periods. He says this occurs in vegetarians, fruitarians, or people who lack the enzyme-mutations necessary to digest and assimilate cooked or processed protein, or who lack enzyme-mutations for digesting and assimilating cooked or processed sugar.

The consequence of insufficient protein utilization is calcification. The calcium that would ordinarily be metabolized and used appropriately instead forms deposits along the nerves, and this calcification erodes nerve tissue. This leads to the hardening and sclerosis that defines Alzheimer's disease anatomically.

Root Cause #3: Cooked Fats Becoming Crystallized in Brain Tissue

Aajonus explains that when fats are cooked, they lose their ability to exchange ions. A cooked fat molecule, once it enters the system, undergoes no more ion exchange. Over a period of ten to fifty or sixty years in the body, it hardens like a crystal, just as glass hardens, or just as clay fired at high temperature becomes permanently rigid. He says this is why people get hardening of the arteries, cracked veins, split brain cells, and aneurysms.

When these cooked fats form a constituent of brain matter, which they inevitably do given that the brain is 60% fat, they cause clotting within brain tissue and transmission cannot occur. He says explicitly: "If they form a constituent of brain matter, then you're going to get clotting in there and transmission will not occur, like in Alzheimer's."

Root Cause #4: Advanced Glycation End Products (AGEs) Causing Neurological Stickiness

Aajonus explains that when a person consumes high levels of carbohydrates, whether cooked or raw, the body produces advanced glycation end products (AGEs). In a healthy body, 70% of carbohydrate intake is stored as this toxin; in an unhealthy body, 90%. This is the same regardless of whether the carbohydrate is from fruit, grains, cookies, or any other source.

These AGEs cause stickiness in the blood, neurological fluid, and lymphatic system. In the neurological fluid specifically, this stickiness causes the synapse to fire and then stick, the signal skids along the axon or ganglia walls instead of transmitting cleanly. The thought process breaks down. He says: "Can you imagine a synapse trying to fire in a sticky neurological fluid? It doesn't happen." He directly connects this to Alzheimer's-type transmission failure.

He notes that the use of chromium supplements, often promoted for blood sugar and weight loss, causes excess chromium to block up and damage the brain, and warns that people using chromium supplements are "going toward Alzheimer's."

Root Cause #5: Mercury Accumulation Destroying Memory Cells

Aajonus distinguishes between the effects of aluminum and mercury with precision. While aluminum disrupts transmission through fluid (zeta potential collapse), mercury directly destroys the nerve cells that store memories. He explains that mercury destroys cells, and if memory was stored in those cells, it is gone forever. He says a 1997 team of research scientists demonstrated that mercury vapor inhalation by animals produced a molecular lesion in brain protein metabolism similar to a lesion seen in 80% of Alzheimer's-diseased brains.

He also references University of Calgary research showing with direct visual evidence from brain neuron tissue cultures how mercury ions actually alter the cell membrane structure of developing neurons.

He says mercury in vaccines, thimerosal, which is liquid mercury, is being injected into children at three days old, six weeks old, and six months old, in amounts 2,300 times what the FDA says is a toxic limit.

Root Cause #6: The Brain as a Metal Dump Site for All Cooked Foods

Aajonus's broader explanatory framework holds that whenever you cook a food, you fractionate the ions that are naturally bound with nutrients, turning those nutrients into free radicals. The nervous system, and most particularly the brain, is where the body stores most of these metallic free radicals. The brain is 60% fat, and the body stores toxins in fat. He says: "The brain is a dump site." He says this explicitly, and states he could repeat it 100 times.

He observes that in his iridology work with 32 cadavers, every single brain was severely contaminated. One woman who was a house cleaner had Windex, industrial cleaning solvents, stored in her brain and stomach lining. He found residues of vaccines, liquid mercury, aluminum, formaldehyde, in all 32 stomachs and in the corresponding brain regions visible through the iris.

Why This Happens

Why This Happens

This condition sits primarily within the Cooked Food and Root Cause / Terrain Theory of Aajonus's framework, with important extensions into the Detoxification and Sovereignty.

  • Cooked Food: The calcification, metal fractionation, AGE formation, and fat crystallization all trace back to what cooking does to food at a chemical level, stripping natural bonds, creating free radicals, hardening fats, making sugars sticky and radical.
  • Root Cause / Terrain Theory: The body does not fail randomly. The terrain becomes toxic through specific inputs: vaccines, aluminum, mercury, cooked protein, cooked sugar, and high carbohydrates. The disease is the expression of terrain corruption, not a mystery or genetic inevitability.
  • Detoxification: Alzheimer's also intersects with detoxification in that the body's attempts to clean the brain, particularly if the brain is heavily loaded with metallic residues, must be supported through specific raw fats that can dissolve the hardening and bind the metals.
  • Sovereignty: The political dimension, the deliberate spraying of chemtrails, the forced or coerced vaccination schedule injecting 2,300 times the FDA's stated toxic limit of mercury into newborns, the promotion of high-carbohydrate diets by the FDA and USDA, is woven throughout Aajonus's explanation of why Alzheimer's is epidemic.

Symptoms Reframed

Symptoms Reframed

Aajonus reframes each of the hallmark symptoms of Alzheimer's disease through his terrain-based neurological model.

Memory Loss: Not a mystery of the aging brain, it is the direct result of either (a) aluminum in the neurological fluid causing zeta potential collapse, so that signals fire but do not travel through the fluid to reach memory-storing tissue, or (b) mercury destroying the actual nerve cells in which memories are stored. The first is potentially reversible; the second is permanent because the cells are gone. He distinguishes these: aluminum causes "where did that thought go?", the word or memory is temporarily unreachable but may return. Mercury causes complete and permanent erasure because the storage cells themselves are dead and gone.

Loss of Motor Function / Failure to Follow Commands: This reflects the hardening of the nerves in the brain that delineate motor impulses. The nerve tissue has calcified, sclerosed, or been coated with crystallized cooked fat, preventing the proper association between the brain's motor planning centers and the body's execution.

Cognitive Confusion / Loss of Self-Recognition: In advanced stages, where the hardening extends to the ganglia, both sensory and motor response patterns are disrupted. The person can no longer process incoming sensory information reliably, or coordinate it with experience and memory.

Apparent Childlike or Simple State: Aajonus describes one of his Alzheimer's patients, a 67-year-old man in stage two, who "just ate whatever she put down, thought nothing of it." He didn't have the faculty to discern or question. Aajonus does not pathologize this as diminishment alone; he notes that this very simplicity may have been an asset to healing, saying: "I don't know if it's because his mind didn't have all that tension dealing with it, or he had hormones that occur in young people."

Body Deterioration vs. Body Rejuvenation: One of the most striking things Aajonus observes is that even in Alzheimer's patients where the mind does not improve, the body reverses dramatically. He describes Alzheimer's clients whose bodies get very young, one 76-year-old man whose body looked like a teenager after five years on the diet. Another 67-year-old who, within about three and a half years, had the body of a teenager. This body rejuvenation occurs even when the mind does not recover in stage three or four.

The Iridological Signature: In iridology, Aajonus says Alzheimer's produces a cloud, a blurred fog, over the entire iris in very advanced cases. Sometimes only one side is clouded, not both. This cloud obscures fibers and lesions, presenting as a foggy, undifferentiated blur across the upper regions associated with the brain. He contrasts this with Parkinson's, where the fog is typically located at the bottom of the iris.

Food Protocol

Food Protocol

Aajonus provides specific, detailed dietary protocols for Alzheimer's, with different emphases depending on the stage of the disease.

Foundation Principle: Raw Meat and Raw Fat

He states plainly: "Lots of raw meat, lots of fat." This is the foundation. He references populations from 100 years ago with 80% of their caloric intake from fat and no degenerative disease as validation of this approach. The raw meats supply the bioavailable protein and the uncooked fats that the brain and nervous system require to rebuild, maintain elasticity, and dissolve accumulated calcification and crystallized cooked fats.

Raw Coconut Cream with Cucumber, Primary Reversal Protocol

Aajonus states: "Recent indications lead me to believe that frequently eating fresh raw coconut cream with cucumber dissolves the hardening of nerves that causes Alzheimer's, effecting reversal in its early stages."

This combination, fresh raw coconut cream paired with cucumber, is his primary protocol for dissolving the nerve hardening that physically defines Alzheimer's pathology. The frequency is described as "frequently eating", indicating this should be consumed regularly, not occasionally. He presents this as a potential reversal agent for early-stage disease.

Raw Coconut Cream with Banana, For Arterial Hardening Feeding the Brain

He specifies an additional combination: fresh raw coconut cream with banana, which he says, along with the cucumber combination, can gradually dissolve hardening of the arteries that feed the brain. He also specifies: 1 tablespoon daily of cold-pressed-below-96°F peanut oil with 5 drops of quinine water as an alternative or complementary protocol for dissolving arterial hardening feeding the brain. The temperature specification for the peanut oil, below 96°F, is precise and important: it must be cold-pressed at below 96 degrees Fahrenheit to remain bioavailable and enzymatically intact.

Moldy Grain Protocol

He includes a specific protocol using moldy grains: drinking moldy water from rinsing moldy raw grains every 3 weeks for the rest of one's life, and eating moldy grains once every 6 months for the rest of one's life, which he says removes some hardening.

The preparation of moldy grains: soak one-third cup of one or more kinds of grain in a glass or ceramic vessel.

Eggs, Best Brain Food

Aajonus calls eggs the best thing for the brain. He explains: the yolk contains both water-soluble fats and oils. The egg white contains the protein. This combination provides everything the brain needs, the neurological fats for the myelin sheath and the neurological fluid, and the protein for cell construction and enzyme activity. He says the water-soluble fats in the yolk specifically are what make eggs superior for neurological function.

He personally drinks raw eggs throughout the day and demonstrates this in workshops. He recommends sucking a raw egg when memory lapses occur, noting that if the mind suddenly goes blank, it may be low blood sugar / low glycogen in the brain, and sucking a raw egg will bring the mind right back. He says: "If you take an egg and suck an egg and your mind comes right back, there's low blood sugar glycogen for the brain. If it doesn't work right away, it's aluminum in your brain causing the inability to recall the thought or the word."

Raw Coconut Cream, General Brain Support

Beyond the specific Alzheimer's combination with cucumber, Aajonus says: "Coconut cream is a very good thing to help your brain." He uses it as a general neurological food for anyone with brain and cognitive complaints.

Lots of Fat, The Non-Negotiable Principle

He emphasizes that the nerve has a myelin sheath consisting of 60% fat, and the brain consists of 60% fat minimum. Raw dietary fat, butter, coconut cream, raw meat fat, eggs, is the primary building and protective material for the brain. He notes that cooked fats cannot exchange ions and will harden in the body; only raw fats retain their ability to participate in ion exchange and remain elastic, lubricating, and bioactive.

Raw Fish

He specifically mentions fish among the raw meats beneficial for mental function: "Eating a raw-food diet with plenty of raw meats, especially fish, fresh raw fruit and Nut Formula strengthens mental functions." Fish is called out specifically in the Alzheimer's protocol as particularly beneficial for the brain.

Nut Formula

Referenced in the context of strengthening mental functions alongside raw meats and raw fish: "Eating a raw-food diet with plenty of raw meats, especially fish, fresh raw fruit and Nut Formula strengthens mental functions." Nut Formula is part of the broader dietary approach.

Brain Tissue, Neurological Rebuilding

Aajonus describes eating raw animal brain tissue as something he does personally for neurological repair. He uses calf brain, approximately the size of a softball, spending five days eating it. He alternates: one day eating a version that has been allowed to go "high" (exposed to air, allowed to develop bacteria and begin aging), the next day eating a fresh version. He keeps one portion in a jar with no air (to slow the aging process) and one portion in a large jar with a lot of air (to allow it to go high more quickly). He says he alternates "high" and "healthy" for anything involving the spine or brain.

He specifies: "No more than, let's say, I'll take a calf brain which is probably about this big, size of a softball or larger. And I'll spend five days eating that. And I'll let half of it get high and the other half not."

This is not described specifically in a passage explicitly labeled for Alzheimer's, but it is part of his comprehensive protocol for neurological tissue repair, which he says he applies to any serious brain or spinal condition.

Fresh Aloe Vera and Kefir, For the Nervous Anxiety Type

When addressing people with nervous disorders, including Alzheimer's, Aajonus distinguishes by type. For people who have a lot of tension, are very emotional, paranoid, or worry-prone (what he calls nervous disorders), he says: "I like to give them, if they can get it, fresh aloe vera and kefir. Raw plain kefir. Anything that's soothing and relaxing, those people need it."

He notes he does not give citrus fruits (oranges, orange juice, grapefruit, grapefruit juice, tangerines) to people with nervous disorders until they have been on the diet for at least six weeks minimum.

Raw Warm Milk, For Metal Toxicity in the Brain

In the context of metal toxicity and brain inflammation, he references the value of raw warm milk as a source of alkalizing minerals that attract and bind with brain toxins that are irritating neural tissue.

What to Avoid

What to Avoid

  • i

Aajonus provides a specific and detailed list of what must be eliminated to stop the progression of Alzheimer's.

  • ii

He specifies: all meat that is cooked or processed, all eggs that are cooked or processed, all roasted nuts and nut butters. These must be avoided. Cooked protein either cannot be properly assimilated (leading to the protein deficiency that causes calcification) or denatures in ways that contribute to neurological damage.

  • iii

He specifies: all drinks with cooked or processed sugar, jams or jellies, steamed and/or sulfured fruits, any canned food. All of these must be eliminated. The AGE formation from processed sugars causes neurological stickiness.

  • iv

Canned food is listed under both the sugar avoidance and the aluminum avoidance. The can itself leaches aluminum; the contents are often cooked and preserved in ways that add both processed sugar and metal contamination.

  • v

He specifies deodorants containing aluminum must be avoided. This is a direct topical exposure route to aluminum that bypasses digestive filtering.

  • vi

Cooking in aluminum pots, pans, or vessels should be avoided. The heat transfer into food creates the bioavailable aluminum that ends up in the neurological fluid.

  • vii

He is explicit: the aluminum and mercury in vaccines are primary causes of Alzheimer's. He advocates against vaccination as a matter of neurological health, stating that the liquid mercury (thimerosal) in 96% of all vaccines is present at levels 2,300 times the FDA's stated toxic limit.

  • viii

The FDA and USDA high-carbohydrate dietary recommendations are identified as a cause of neurological dysfunction. Grains, cooked or processed sugars, and high-starch foods create AGEs that make neurological fluid sticky and impede transmission. He says the human body is not a grain eater or fruit eater, and that eating high carbohydrates goes toward Alzheimer's-type neurological breakdown.

  • ix

He warns explicitly: people using chromium (promoted for blood sugar and weight loss) are "going toward Alzheimer's." When chromium accumulates in excess in the brain, it blocks up the brain.

  • x

When a seminar attendee mentions The China Study and its claim that degenerative diseases including Alzheimer's come from animal products, and that the attendee went off animal products as a result, Aajonus calls this "the biggest toxic garbage information there is. All intellectual garbage." He explains the body requires cholesterol from animal products for all vital processes, that cholesterol is vitally important, and that you would die without it. Animal products do not cause Alzheimer's; their absence contributes to it through protein deficiency and resulting calcification.

  • xi

He says any fat that has been cooked can no longer exchange ions. Over ten to fifty or sixty years, it hardens like a crystal in the body. When these hardened cooked fats form part of brain matter, they cause clotting and prevent transmission. All cooked fats should therefore be replaced with raw fats.

Recovery Timeline

Recovery Timeline

Aajonus is very specific about what is reversible and what is not, and his staging system for recovery is one of the most clinically precise parts of his Alzheimer's teachings.

Stage 1 and Stage 2 Alzheimer's: Full Reversal Possible

He states unambiguously: "First or second, it does [reverse]." He says the primal diet reverses stage one and stage two Alzheimer's. He also says: "The diet reversed it. Lots of raw meat, lots of fat." He says the diet has reversed 95% of all diseases, but qualifies this with Alzheimer's specifically: in first and second stage, it reverses. In third and fourth, it stops the progression but does not reverse it.

He notes about stage one and two: "If you see a fog up there [in iridology], you know you have to go to the Alzheimer's section of the book. If it's this bad you know that you can stop it and reverse it. When it's usually full, it's pretty difficult. And depending upon their age."

He also says: "Usually, by the time Alzheimer's symptoms manifest, hardening and deterioration of nerve tissue is too advanced to reverse." This appears to be a qualification about the typical timing of diagnosis, meaning most people don't seek help until stage three or four, by which point reversal is no longer achievable. But he also presents counter-evidence that reversal is possible in early stages.

Stage 3 and Stage 4: Progression Stopped, Not Reversed

He says clearly: "Third and fourth stage Alzheimer's haven't been able to reverse it, but stop it." And again: "In 3rd and 4th stage Alzheimer's, it stops the progression, but does not reverse it."

He elaborates through case studies: "Stage one and two, I've seen the diet reverse, but three and four stops it, the progression of it, but does not reverse it."

Body Reversal Even When Mind Does Not

This is one of the most notable and clinically surprising observations Aajonus makes: even in stage three and four, where cognitive reversal does not occur, the body undergoes dramatic physical rejuvenation. He describes this in multiple case studies.

One Alzheimer's client who was 76 years old, after five years on the diet (he lived seven years on it total), had a body that looked like a teenager. His wife was astounded. His mind did not improve, but it did not get worse either. The man never needed diapers. The wife never had to institutionalize him. He was physically fit throughout.

He says of all his Alzheimer's cases: "The Alzheimer's clients that I've had, their bodies will reverse. They'll get very young. The wives did not have to take care of those men any longer or any worse than the time that they went on the diet."

Case Study 1: 68-Year-Old Man, Stage Two Alzheimer's

A 68-year-old man brought by his wife, placed on the primal diet. The Alzheimer's stopped at stage two and stayed at stage two. It improved a little. He remembered his wife's name. He remembered how to dress himself. His wife never had to institutionalize him. He never had to be worried about getting lost. He did the diet 100% without questioning it, because he was at the mentality where he just ate whatever was put in front of him. He was later described as being in stage four, there may be a transcription ambiguity here, or Aajonus may be describing a different version of the same case, in which he died seven years after going on the diet, at approximately 75 years old, having started at 67 or 68.

"Did he get his mind back? No, but it didn't get worse. So his wife never had to hospitalize him, so Ellie was just elated because he was able to stay home with her, and he was fit. She'd never had the diapers on him or anything."

Aajonus adds something unusual about this case: the man's body reversed astonishingly quickly, in about three and a half years he had the body of a teenager. Aajonus says he has never seen anyone reverse that quickly. He speculates this may be because the man's mind "didn't have all that tension dealing with it," or because his body was producing hormones similar to those found in young people, including human growth hormone.

Case Study 2: 76-Year-Old Man

A 76-year-old man who went on the diet and, over a period of five years on the diet (living seven total years on it), had a body that looked like a teenager. His wife was astounded and thrilled he didn't get worse. His mind did not improve, but did not deteriorate.

Case Study 3: 67-Year-Old Man

A 67-year-old man whose wife put him on the diet because he didn't have the faculty to care for himself. He ate everything she put in front of him without question or discernment. Within about three and a half years, he had the body of a teenager. Aajonus had never seen anyone reverse physically that quickly.

Questions Aajonus Answered

Questions Aajonus Answered

  • Q: Does nervous disorders (including Alzheimer's) preclude citrus fruits?

A seminar attendee asked, after Aajonus mentioned not giving citrus to people with nervous disorders, whether Alzheimer's counted as a nervous disorder:

Aajonus: "By nervous disorders I mean they have a lot of tension, they hold a lot of tension, they are very emotional, paranoid, worry warts. People who worry about everything. They look toward the negative, the pessimistic. Now I like to give them, if they can get it, fresh aloe vera and kefir. Raw plain kefir. Anything that's soothing and relaxing, those people need it."

He clarifies that the citrus restriction applies to people with tension-based nervous disorders, not necessarily Alzheimer's as such, though the six-week minimum before introducing citrus applies broadly to people with nervous system vulnerability.

  • Q: Chromium for blood sugar, any concerns?

After a discussion of chromium supplements being used for blood sugar regulation:

Aajonus: "And they are going to go toward Alzheimer's. It's healing it, [inaudible]. And when it gets too much in there, what it does is it blocks it up, the brain up."

This is a direct warning that chromium supplementation pushes people toward Alzheimer's by accumulating in and blocking the brain.

  • Q: Does the diet really reverse all diseases?

Aajonus: "Forget everything you've ever learned about diets and learn anew. Because this one has reversed 95% of all diseases, no matter what they are. Except in 3rd and 4th stage Alzheimer's, it stops the progression, but does not reverse it. First or second, it does. And also in balding, it only reverses about 60% of balding. Other than that, oh, and in lung cancer and esophageal cancer, those are about 50%. Other than that, everything averages about 95% reversal."

  • Q: What is aluminum doing in vaccines, and why does it cause Alzheimer's?

Aajonus (from workshop, addressing the group): "Why are they dropping that on our heads? Aluminum destroys the zeta potential, which is the ability for nutrients to stay suspended in fluid. Why do you think it causes Alzheimer's? Brain transmissions don't get to where they're going because the nutrients in the nerve serum is just dropping. It's not getting to where it's supposed to get."

  • Q: What is the iridological presentation of Alzheimer's?

A student in the early training asked about what to look for in the iris for Alzheimer's versus Parkinson's:

Aajonus: "You will see a cloud like this over the whole thing and you really can't see fibers and you can't see lesions, it's just a fog, a blurred fog that will come down. In Parkinson's it's usually down here like this, all the way down here. In Alzheimer's the whole thing will be clouded. That's in very advanced cases. Sometimes not. Sometimes just one side."

He adds: "If you see a fog up there, you know you have to go to the Alzheimer's section of the book, or the Parkinson's section. If it's this bad you know that you can stop it and reverse it. When it's usually full, it's pretty difficult. And depending upon their age."

  • Q: What is the difference between aluminum and mercury in terms of memory?

Aajonus (from workshop): "If you completely have destroyed memories and you can't remember something at all and you've lost it forever, that's usually a mercury problem. Because mercury destroys the cells storing the memory. If the thought is just temporarily inaccessible, you know, where did that thought go?, it's usually aluminum, because aluminum causes the signal not to travel through the fluid without destroying the cell."

He adds the practical test: "If you take an egg and suck an egg and your mind comes right back, there's low blood sugar glycogen for the brain. If it doesn't work right away, it's aluminum in your brain causing the inability to recall the thought or the word or whatever it is."

  • Q: Someone mentions The China Study's claim that animal products cause Alzheimer's.

Attendee: "He said that most all degenerative diseases, including Alzheimer's, comes from animal products. So I went off animal products."

Aajonus: "Somebody who is biggest full of crap... All intellectual garbage. Your body will form the chains that it needs. Like, the body doesn't eat cholesterol unless it has some eggs. There's a little cholesterol in eggs. There's no cholesterol in milk. There's no cholesterol in meat. And it's important, because it makes the different cholesterols to do everything that happens in your body. Cholesterol is vitally important. You would die without it."
